Professor Jemal H. Abawajy

Biography:

Jemal Abawajy (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently a full professor with the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, Deakin University, Burwood, VIC, Australia. He has delivered more than 70 keynote and seminars worldwide and has been involved in the organization of more than 300 international conferences in various capacity. He has also served on the editorial-board of numerous international journals.

Professor Lun Hu

Biography:

Lunhu Hu received the bachelor's degree in quality and reliability engineering in 2013 and the master's degree in industrial engineering in 2016 from Beihang University, Beijing, China, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering.,His research interests include risk assessment, uncertainty analysis, and the application of uncertainty theory.

Professor Gheorghe-Daniel Andreescu

Politehnica University Timisoara, Romania

Biography:

Gheorghe-Daniel Andreescu (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Caracal, Romania. He received the M.S. degree in applied electronics and the Ph.D. degree in automatic control systems from Politehnica University Timisoara, Romania, in 1977 and 1999, respectively.,Since 1984, he has been with the Automation and Applied Informatics Department, Politehnica University Timisoara, where he is currently a Full Professor. He has authored or coauthored over 80 articles in international journals and conference proceedings. His main research interests include advanced control of ac drives, sensorless control, observers, sliding-mode control, power electronics control, mechatronic systems, and real-time implementations.,Dr. Andreescu is a member of the Technical Committee TC4.2 Mechatronics Systems of the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC) and has been a member of the Engineering Sciences Commission of the National University Research Council.
